Milkies Studio Mods - Americana

This is probably my biggest mod pack in terms of scope yet, featuring 34 buildings for your scenes. Included are things like a whole strip mall, an arcade, a gas station, a town center, etc. All buildings needed to build your own small american town, even things like a train station, a water tower, a camper and a trailer!

Also included are around 120 small town props to help you decorate your scenes. Think mail boxes, trash cans, lightposts, benches...

The buildings do not include interiors, so the windows are very opaque as a default. A few do include interesting thing behind the windows (see example below for the record store) so just look for the GlassWindows material in RE to change opacity to your liking! Overall this mod pack is super RendererEditor friendly, with simple names for both meshes and materials, so modifications will be a breeze for the more customization inclined amongst you!

I have prefaced all building names with [Milkies] AM and all prop names with [Milkies] AMP to make it easier to filter in item search.
