Palpatin Outfit Mod

Ah shucks, this release was supposed to be for May the 4th, which is Star Wars Day, but thanks to that stupid issue I now resolved, it's now ready to go. Anyway, the mod is now available for download. The outfit is for males only. Comes with a TexPlus option of Palpatine's ugly burned face texture overlay. The Texplus is for males only. Mix the TexPlus mod with the male wrinkles to really bring out the villain old man look. Use Toxin's resolver to see what is required on the included character card! :D
