Have you ever wanted to try out cloth items in HS? Not the ones you usually use but what if they were actually *Cloth* ? The ones who move realistically and flutter with wind or interact with the body?
But the thing is cloth items used to get really bad inside Studio and have
weird jittering
cloth getting stuck in a broken state
breaking when non uniform scaling or even scaling in general
teleporting , collapsing
or just going crazy due to sudden movement or collider interactions.
Now since the game is always at Runtime Simulation there was no way to fix this.. UNTIL NOW.
Introducing Cloth Tools, with this plugin you can fix the broken cloth that is stuck in a faulty state, or scale or move them and repair physics. The plugin targets the selected element and stops the unstable simulation, clears the corrupted Runtime physics state and then refresh/reset the vertex constraints data and rebuild transform space reference for all vertices in the mesh, *sigh* let me just say it effectively reinitialize the cloth as it was baked.
The Hotkey is C by default and can be changed from modprefs
TLDR ; What this plugin does is reinitialize/recover the cloth physics from a broken state.
If the cloth or the mod is already prepared like that by a modder? We can't change original asset we can only reset the physics.
After hundred times of compiling over past months - debugging - optimizing performance - recompiling.. and almost wanting to give up.. It's finally here, months of effort coming to fruition.
This was something I personally wanted because I make videos and I always wanted to add realism in my scenes.
You will find a readme doc and usage guide inside the folder.
This plugin is FREE and you can download it from below, however if you wish to get early access for future updates before public you can check the link below. ^^
