Pixelate Primitives

Adds basic shapes that makes it easy to express pixelation/censorship.

The size of the pixelation can be changed from the StudioNEO UI. This allows you to adjust (manually) how the pixelate looks when taking upscaled screenshots or when positioned in relation to the camera.

Mod also contains Pixelation Material Shader and guide to be apply pixelated shader to other 3d assets.
