Had alot troubles with bones for the sleeves and ribbons, I tested alot to make the dress worked well as I want, seem pretty good.

-There is one extra morph for the mouth as usual
-You can control sleeve, skirt, ribbons with dynamic bones feature in HSPE, if it's going to pretty lag, use advance bone session is also in HSPE. Just search "sleeve", "ribbon" and you will see list of the bones.
